"After my studies in Lima, I got my first job as a bartender in a huge American franchise. Afterwords, I got an amazing opportunity to work with David Romero in Bottega Dasso. He was the winner of Worldclass back in 2015. Shortly after that, my opportunity of becoming a head bartender arrived and it was at Osteria Convivium, where I became a manager for the first time and got to participate in tournaments such as Diplomatico World Tournament and Diageo Worldclass. Those tournaments gave me some incredible knowledge and experience. As for now, I'm 24 years old, working as a bar manager in Luhho Cafe & Cava, and pursuing my career further", says Tatiana.
